How it all began…
My mom first introduced me to yoga back in 2001. We would attend class at a local church. This is where I learned how important breathing is. If I had to take a test in school, my mom would remind to “yoga breathe”. Focusing on our breath scientifically calms the nerves, slows rapid heartbeat, grounds us, balances us and gives us some perspective in chaotic times.
In 2013 I moved to Austria to “search for myself”. This is when I really got interested in my spirituality. I couldn’t stop reading books based in this kind of knowledge, while my yoga and meditation practice flourished daily.
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 at the Core Power Yoga Studio in Hollywood, California. For a couple of years I taught throughout Los Angeles before moving to the United Kingdom.
Now my classes range from beginner to intermediate with a Vinyasa emphasis on flowing through the practice, while coming back to the breath to focus and be present with the Self.
