Reiki Energy healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for reducing stress and implementing relaxation that also promotes healing. It is performed by laying hands on the recipient, based on the idea that we all have an unseen "life force energy" that flows through us. If your "life force energy" is low, then you will be more prone to illness and stress, but if it is high, you are more capable of being happy and healthy throughout daily life.
Reiki is a natural, simple and safe method of spiritual healing that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping many known illnesses and maladies and always creates a beneficial effects. It can also work in conjunction with all other therapeutic or medical techniques to relieve side effects and enhance recovery.
Gretchen was trained in Reiki healing in 2014, a year before embarking on her yoga teacher training journey.
